SPORTS FLOORS

TVS Sports Surfaces is a well-established supplier of sports floors for multiuse and specialised playing areas. We work with sports centres, gyms, schools and sport federations to create safe, high performance playing surfaces.

Sports floors come in all shapes and sizes. The most traditional sports floor is hardwood, which is what sports halls and gymnasiums have for a classic look. Modern sports floors include PU (polyurethane) and PVC (vinyl). These are three examples of multiuse surfaces that can be used for a wide range of sports. If you require a specialised sports floor, this is no problem for us. We are one of only a few leading suppliers of 3G football pitches, hockey pitches and tennis courts. We cater for all sports and have partnerships with the world’s leading brands. We provide a complete design and installation service, or we can work to your specification to create the best sports floor for your intended use case.

Why choose TVs for your sports floor project? Because we are knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Our sports floors offer unbeatable performance and value. You won’t find better service elsewhere. We have worked with many of our customers for over a decade because we are reliable and consistent.

CASE STUDY - BRYANSTON SCHOOL

The independent Bryanston School, in Dorset, UK has a proud tradition in sport. It counts as alumni, a number of top athletes – including a number of professional rugby players, cricketers and even a double-Olympic champion, German eventer Heinrich Romeike.

As part of the school’s efforts to train the next generation of elite athletes it has developed a wide range of outdoor and indoor sporting facilities.

These include a 25m indoor pool, a huge equestrian centre, 37 tennis courts, two all-weather playing pitches, four indoor squash courts and a large fitness club. In 2017, Bryanston School invested in a new extension to its indoor sports centre.

The aim was to create three new elite performance areas – this included a 40m-sprint track conforming to IAAF standards; an EN14904 (the European standard for sports floors) compliant sports hall; and an elite-level strength and conditioning area.

The school appointed UK-based sports and fitness flooring specialist TVS Group for this project, which was able to provide a full solution for all three areas.
